If you are motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to build a real career in the mortgage industry, this is a hands-on opportunity to learn the business while working with live, exclusive inbound leads.
We are looking for a licensed Loan Officer or an unlicensed Junior Loan Officer to join our growing team and handle exclusive online purchase leads, with a small mix of refinance leads. You will speak directly with borrowers, take the initial application, gather key details, and pass the file to a senior loan officer for structuring and closing.
This is a hybrid position. You will work primarily from home, with in-person team meetings once or twice per month in the Phoenix area.
What we provide:
Compensation:
Hourly pay: $15.15$20.00 depending on experience
Per-file bonuses for applications taken, pre-approvals, and closings
Pay increase once licensed
Expected first-year earnings range: typically $50,000$70,000+ depending on performance, lead follow-up, and conversion rates
